Share a PowerPoint, Word or Excel document 

You have an M365 Licence

You have downloaded Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint on your device.


  1. Using the on device installation of Word, Excel or Powerpoint, save the PPT, DOC or XLS file to Google Drive. 


  2. In Google Drive, right click Share. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share the file to. Select the type of General Access required


  3. The invitation email will be received with a link to open the shared file.


  4. The browser will open and the document will be shown to make changes
